He began his legal career as a trial attorney with the 15th Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted cases ranging from misdemeanors to capital murder. During his time as a prosecutor, Jonathan tried numerous jury cases and developed a reputation for thorough preparation, steady courtroom presence, and principled advocacy.
A graduate of Faulkner University and the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, Jonathan now focuses his practice on serving individuals and families throughout Alabama. He assists clients with estate planning and the administration of estates, helping families navigate the legal process of settling a loved one’s final affairs with clarity and compassion. He also represents individuals facing DUI and misdemeanor charges, drawing on his prosecutorial background to provide strategic, informed defense.
Outside the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his two children at their school sporting events, attending games of the Auburn Tigers, and exploring local trails with his dog, Rocky, in the parks around Auburn.
