Prior to joining the firm, he spent years representing commercial entities, insurance carriers, and insured parties across complex civil litigation, products liability, toxic torts, professional liability, and general liability actions. This extensive background provides a strong strategic foundation when handling personal injury claims and complex estate and probate matters.
In addition to his private practice litigation experience, Nicholas served as Mass Tort Counsel at a specialized litigation firm, Senior Counsel at a national defense firm, and Lead Attorney for Public Records Request Reviews at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
